HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Estimated shipping times may vary depending on location and dates with a target of 3-15 business days, but please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Shipments could be further delayed due to unpredictable weather conditions,
unexpected power outages or unforeseeable events like Covid-19. If you do not receive your order in 90 days, please let us know immediately. If our records show that the item is not delivered, we will issue a full refund. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you can! After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for you to follow the progress. You can track your order or check on the status of your order on our Order Tracking page. 

IS THE SHIPPING FEE REFUNDABLE?
If you have any issues within the first 30 days of your purchase being delivered,  we will fix the problem, or refund you the price of the item in question.  Shipping Fees will be refunded if the product is not received (based on the tracking information), or at our discretion.

The best way to reach us is through email or live chat message board. We respond in the order that the email or message is received. Please allow us 1 business day to get back to you and we will try our best to help with any issues that you have.
